We are Gretchen and Matthew Winfrey from Des Moines, IA. We have been active bowlers since 2018 and our passion is to promote women's bowling at all levels, from amateurs to semi-professional athletes. If you want to learn more about bowling, or you and your girlfriends just need a night out - drop us a line.
What is girls gone bowling?
It's not what you might think
Girls Gone Bowling is all about women's bowling, and we promote all things bowling through videos filmed on location with amateur bowlers.
We are filming videos about scoring, lane conditions, ball types, shoes, equipment, ball bags, bowling lane overviews, purchasing custom equipment, bowling basics, and of course, advanced bowling techniques.
Ultimately we would like to work with groups of women who want to come out and have fun. We have professional coaches that can help anyone become a better bowler. Best of all, everything is free! That's right; we pay for the lanes, shoe rentals, and even most food and drinks. Thank you for allowing us to film your event and post the video to our YouTube and website.
What we are not - We are not a site for girls to get drunk and take their shirts off in a bowling alley. There are other sites for that; we aren't one of them.
